课堂效率低？学生总走神？如果无法吸引学生的注意力，再精彩的课程内容也等于零。其实只要掌握一些课堂管理的小技巧，你的课堂就能事半功倍！——20招应对学生上课走神，老师，你不想了解一下吗？


对于很多老师来说，“教学设计”可能要远远重要于“课堂管理”。他们每天的教学模式其实很传统：

1.建立学习目标（Establish a learning target）
2.为学生设计课程以熟练达成既定学习目标（Create lesson for students to practice mastery of said target）
3.评估（Assess）
4.重复（Repeat）

在这个模式中，对于教师来说，他们的工作就是能够引导学生，让他们的注意力集中在课堂上。但不知道老师们是否尝试过将时间管理（time management）、单元设计（unit design）等巧妙地融入评估之中，这样会使课堂更加生动有效。尤其是当学生注意力不集中的时候，巧妙使用这20招课堂管理方法，拉回学生的注意力！

1.Ask

Ask them to repeat what was just said.
让学生重复老师刚刚说过的话。

2.Stand
Stand next to them.
站在学生的旁边。
3.Show
Grab their attention by showing a short film.
通过播放短片来吸引学生的注意力。
4.Get-up
Get-up and move.
站起来，多走动。
5.Give
Take a break and give students a problem to solve.
休息一下，提出问题让学生去解决。
6.Remove
Remove the distraction.
消除导致分心的事物。
7.Place
Place students in groups.
将学生分组。
8.Rules
Let groups put in place rules.
让各组制定规则。
9.Control
Place students in control of enforcing the rules.
把落实规则的权力交给学生。
10.Get
Get the students moving.
让学生活动起来。
11.Play
Play a game.
做游戏。
12.Create
Create an incentive for them to pay attention.
激励一下学生，让他们集中注意力。
（例如：谁能回答正确这个问题，就能够指定另外一位同学回答下一个问题，或就能够向老师提一个问题。）
13.Send
Send the students on a field trip.
让学生去实地考察。
14.Research
Send the students to do gather information.
让学生亲自搜集信息。
15.Teach
Have the student teach the lesson.
让学生来讲课。
16.Assist
Ask the student to assist you.
让学生来协助你工作。
（例如：让走神的学生帮你写一行板书。）
17.Music
Ask the students to find relevant music and play it in the background.
让学生去寻找相关的音乐，作为背景音乐来播放。
18. Quiz
Take a quiz.
来个小测验。
19.Reward
Reward students who pay attention.
奖励注意力集中的学生。
20.Ask
Ask why the student is not paying attention.
问问学生们为什么无法集中注意力
